BILINGUAL OUTBOUND REPRESENTATIVE
This role will be working for a US law firm that helps people get qualified for Medicaid to pay for their medical bills.

What you’ll do:
You will be calling Spanish-speaking people in the US who have received emergency medical treatment and explain to them that they may qualify for Medicaid to pay their medical bills and get them to answer some basic questions about their family and income. You will need to enter the information into a CRM and another representative will take over from there.
This is a work-on-site (in the office) position. Work schedule may be 9am-6pm EST (M-F).
