This campaign is with a US-based software company who sells and supports software that helps eliminate their clients’ debts. They are not a debt collection, debt consolidation company, or a bank. They have saved their clients over two billion dollars in interest payments. They have happy clients because we make their money work for them, not the bank.


What you’ll do:

No sales, no outbound cold calls.

Provide inbound and outbound phone, chat and/or email support to clients who already purchased the software. This includes being a product expert and training client on how to use the software program. The calls where you would train clients on the software program are done via GoToMeeting or other screen share tool and last between 30 and 60 minutes.

This is a work-on-site (in the office) position.

Training schedule is M-F 8am-5pm MT.

The work schedule may be 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm MT. M-F or may require 1 weekend day (but schedule will always provide 2 consecutive days off).
