We are looking for Mandarin-speaking customer service representatives who are eager to start ASAP!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to communications via email, chat and phone call regarding inquiries from customer and hoteliers
- Handle and solve customer needs
- Coordinate with IT (new features to be implemented to improve customer service, align on issues/bugs reported by customer service team, etc.)
- Teamwork and contribution on knowledge base
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO experience (in at least 1 company) to qualify
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and with a “Can-Do” attitude
- Background in service/hotel/travel business will be considered as an advantage
- Can provide excellent customer service at all times
- Proactive
- Must have good knowledge in computer and mobile applications
- Candidate must be flexible to work on any shift
- Must be willing to work on weekends
